Freckled & Blue creates meaningful experiences with quality food to ignite interaction and build community.

Freckled & Blue is the brainchild of the husband-and-wife team of Juliana & Tyler Lindley. (Hint: She has the freckles and he has the blue eyes.)

We started in 2012 as a food truck serving a unique and modern take on southern cuisine.

After getting experience both catering and vending to the public early on, we quickly realized that catering was our calling. We love to create experiences for our catering clients to help them celebrate a marriage or a birthday or a big company event.

Our Food Truck Catering grew quickly and we have continued to expand and innovate and give our clients more and more ways to experience our food in unique ways.

In 2013, we opened our commissary kitchen up as a retail storefront/restaurant in Smyrna. The focus was still catering but Juliana & Tyler knew they wanted the restaurant piece of their business to grow.

In 2017, Freckled & Blue made a big transition to a new location in Marietta, GA. The space is located at the corner of Glover St and Atlanta St one mile south of the Marietta Square. It tripled the capacity for catering and the restaurant business overnight. It also features a large outdoor smokehouse where we put out wood-fired BBQ fresh daily.

We are a for profit business with giving built into our business model as a portion of all of our profits go back to local Atlanta nonprofits through our GiveBack program.
